Andalusia 2 - Exploring Moorish Spain

Andalusia is the second largest autonomous region of hills, rivers and farmland bordering Spain’s southern coast. Under Moorish rule from the 8th-15th centuries, its architecture, including such landmarks as the Alcázar castle in Seville, the capital city, as well as Córdoba’s Mezquita Mosque-Cathedral and Granada’s Alhambra palace, showcase the beauty of this influence. We invite you to experience Andalusia on foot as we explore some of the most spectacular areas of Southern Spain. Once again, Walkaway Treks explores Andalusia; one of the most popular tours we have done in the last 6 years, with new and old sites to compliment this fascinating region.
